Lost Echo 7

Echo 8 still working. Previous bin worked fine with no losses. Don't know what happened between bins. Do you think it's a cable problem, snow, ice on the lnb? Any ideas?

I lost signals on some channels when I turn on, I need to switch off from the back to reboot it in order to get it back. I know I will need to reload the bins again, just got lazy.
