loaded new bin to my viewsat platinum and it has been on autoroll for the longest time.got bin from totalfta so i know its legit.box was off or unplugged for at least 2 weeks.do i need to load facory bin and then new bin?please help...........

I get that on about half my channels..it just says "Autoroll processing".
the other half work fine,just posted a thread asking about it.

so we all need to factory default..upload a new sat file then reload the newer bin?

no just get the new satfile....do factory default ( THAT ONLY CLEARS CHANNEL DATA AND ANTENNA SETTINGS not the bin sorry caps lock was turned on by mastake)

adjust all antenna settings and scan all sats you can receive

just wanted to say that I had the legacy switch's wrong..glad you told us to write this stuff down before nuking in a new bin.
its now working great..thx
