I have one guy, he send me a e-mail with all new bin every time it's change. I had tried dowload how he explained to me but never works. please help me.

you are uploading a file from your computer to the receiver. not downloading. it seems the new users on this forum are getting more and more demanding... its all free guys, play nice and be respectful.

Yes it is but make sure you have the right bin for your receiver: There one for the original Pansats (will kill clones), one for 2700 clones (good for originals too) and one for the hybrid 2500>2700 receivers.
i saw 233 is out for pansat should i try that one, i am going insane i can't get no pic. please can someone tell me what i am doing wrong. I would really appreciate it.
if you want information on your laptop if its a usb-serial adapter from radio shack and you have vista you can google the words radio shack usp serial adapter and you find a guide to make it work
please know that every user i ever saw that used vista with a usb to serial adapter reported it takes 30min to 1 hour just to transfer a small bin file....very slow we never found out how to speed that up all over the net were reports of slow transfer rate with that device with a vista laptop so if you have a pc you can use it may be better.....

The FTA thanks like you said I have labtop windows vista also I have usb-serial adapter from radio shack I downloaded to my labtop when ever I try to but the bin will not move at 00% will see what I can do
I have laptop with Vista windows and i could not get the radio cable to work . this is what you have to do go to device manager and go and see if the cable loaded and if it did . then find out what comport it went into . If it went into comport more than 4 you have to go and change that ,. Believe i have a lot of experience at this i never could get radio shach cable to work but that was a long time they may have drivers for it now . hope this helps
delcio souza : I have the same cable (rs232). I started having that same problem last week. Change cable and the same thing happen. If you get this message to plug in your receiver and turn it on. Its your I/O switch in the back of your receiver. I took off the cover and played with the connection until file started UPLOADING (LOL). It took about 1 hr. when it normally take 2 min. Hope this works for you.
