i am having problems with using remote controls to operate my unit. it does not seem to respond to commands from any remote. i have tried using a the universal remote from my sony receiver to control it; changing batteries; changing the pin assignment (either 1,2 or 3) on both the remote control and the unit, but to no avail.
has anyone experienced remote sensor problems with their unit or a similar one? if so how did you correct it?
