I have a viewsat platinum, i just got it actually. I'm more familiar with ariza though, so im not sure how to work this here.. everytime i turn on the T.V. it says "searching signal" i load the latest bins and it still says that. What am i doing wrong here?

I would say also here be sure you antenna settings are correct and your receiver is pointed at the correct sat. We have seen that be a problem alot with the new bin's.
