I have it hooked up but now im missing more channels than I was before and it seems like ( for whatever reason) that both sats have best signal and quality when they are set to disq port1. Please help me. Thanks |

You connect the receiver to one port out from the lnb and then control the switch with the receiver. The 2 ports you see on the dish500 are for 2 receivers not one for 110 and one or 119... https://www.ecoustics.com/electronics/forum/home-video/414416.html |

So I can plug them into the switch ? and do i need to select a port for echo 7 and 8 or should I leave it off? because they both want to be on 1. |

Gold Member Username: RtapFL Post Number: 1443 Registered: Jan-07 | chicky if it looks like the pic all you need to do is run the cable directly from the dish to your receiver.this lnb incorporates the switch inside.no need to add a switch just run the cable. |
