I used to watch DTV on Direct1.2.4 with a pansat 2700a. Could also hear it on a different transponder!! That capability was written out of the new files |

Bronze Member Username: JoeturnPost Number: 82 Registered: Apr-06 | b-75 files only allows a few sats anymore! The direct tv lnb should be best for them!! I got rid of my 2700a just after the b-75 update! I remember it would pick up every foriegn channel available untill I reflashed it for DVB! Then for a long while,you could create a sat! Not anymore you have to select from their menu of ku sats! Let me check with my buddy to see if it is possible!! I'll come back with an answer in a day or two, hope you dont have to wait that long!! |

Let me try to help ya... What channel are you trying to get on galaxy 10? It takes a liner LNB to get the true FTA sat's not the circular LNB's the DN or DTV uses. Receiving "true FTA" like on gal 10 has NOTHING to do with a .bin file. Receiving a FTA sat is what your receiver was made for. |

Post Number: 1935 Registered: Sep-06 | well you should get a new receiver then my old viewsat platium gets all the DN, BEV, and FTA sat's. I had a tree fall on my antenna and had to get a new LNB and yes I got the QPH-031 it will be here today so I will be back...I am useing a ish 500 now with only 110-119 sucks! |
