When it says Step (5 or 6)

what does it mean? does it skips other tps in between?

From what I know, it's scanning all frequencies on TPs, adding everytime this step (e.g. scan 11935 then 11941 then 11947, with step 6). Blind scan is used to scan all frequencies on TPs, when you don't know exactly where are your channels you are looking for.

so it will scan all the frequences from 11935 to 11941 and then move forward? or first it will scan 11935 and then jump to 11941 and then jump to 11947?

Set your LNB to 10600
And do Blind scan
5, 6 or 12 won't matter
Blindscan will update anything on the way

Blind scan followed by regular chan sat scan
