Brand new, second gen unit. No problem the first time I used the USB drive to update software, since then neither port recognizes any drive. All are FAT32, and the VS9000HD won't see them.
may be there is something wrong with flash drive.. change the flash drive... or do it manually on remote by upgrade ur system using system info... this is option for me on my cs 6100 reciever's remote..
I have tried four flash drives, one of which used to work in the unit, all of which work on any other USB they're inserted into.... Since both front and rear ports don't work I am (thinking out loud) wondering if a factory reset may cure it....
