When I open the bootload 27.02 to download the newest BIN 227 for my Pansat2700A i can choose COMM 1-4 but in device manager i see it as COM10 can anyone tell me how to change it to like 3 or something? By the way im using USB to Serial on my Laptop since i dont have a RS232 port on my laptop.
Try using the Blacklist Loader 1.4 and try all port numbers on Device Manager. This Blacklist Loader only has 2 COM ports. That'll make it a little easy for you.
