Your zmodem32.dll has to be in the same folder with the loader 2. Don't seperate them. Also, make sure you have the right port open. Keep trying the ports until you find the right one.

I have a friend that has trouble with his computer sometimes using the loader....all it takes usually is rebooting the computer and it will work did you reboot your computer?

I would do this:

uninstall the loader, reboot the computer, install the loader by downloading the .zip again and unzipping it...the way I set it up on a computer is make a new folder on the desktop name it FTA and move EVERTHING from the .zip with the loader inside that folder. That was its all together and you can find it easy....after you install the loader and move it to the folder reboot the computer.....open the FTA folder, click on the loader ( shaking hands icon ) and use it you may have to set it to the correct COM port. Just experiment until you find the correct com port if needed it 99% of the time is set to the correct one.....I know that little program can be tricky

usb to serial adapter i have to install the driver which i think there should be a cd with the driver. then you right click my computer then you to hardware then device manager then a winow should pop up. When done loading open the one where it says PORTS (COM& LPT) click the plus arrow and it will tell you which com it is on unless the driver is not installed right it would de yellow with a question mark. If it is installed right check the com pot then open loader 2 then go to tools confiuration and put the com port it said in the device manager then restart loader 2 and it should be fine
