SonicView 4000 - Question

My friend recently replaced ariza with SonicView 4000. Everything 110 & 119) works fine other than 61.5. He scanned, blind scanned, tp scanned even replaced the Disq switch too but nothing helps. The only thing I can think about at this point is that his LNB has gone bad.

Please tell me if there is anything can be done other than changing the LNB?

Thanks in advance,

Sam.

Recheck connections, and antenna settings in receiver..

Disconnect the switch and run cable directly from 61.5 LNB to receiver...then do a scan of it only....maybe that 61.5 dish is misaligned..moved slightly by wind etc..

If you do what LK said and it still don't work you may have to add TP frequencies for 61.5 manually then scan. I had to do that with a CS7000 for Gal 25 after loading new bin.

The blind scan works very well on SonicView 4000. You would not need to set up any TPs.
