Comcast Digital Question

I have one comcast digital receiver and have the digital starter package, which is channels 1-78. The trouble is, I really want one cable channel (not premium channel like HBO) that isn't available in the package I have, but is in the next tier up. That would be okay, but since I want to be able to watch that channel on either of my TVs, I would have to get another digital receiver. All of that would end up increasing my cable bill more than 50%.
My question is, if I relent and get a second digital receiver (since resistance appears to be futile) is there a way to split the signal from my bedroom TV to another TV? (The rooms are NOT ajoining.) I don't care if the TV in the bedroom has to be on the same channel at the same time. That's perfectly fine.
If that's not possible, is there a way of getting the channel I want in a way that doesn't involve Comcast bleeding me dry every month?

Thanks!
