It's Solar Conjunction Time!!! In the fall and in the spring the sun appears to travel behind the satellites blinding our dishes for up to 15 minutes. For the next few weeks, your channels may go out during the day. Check out THIS EKB page to find when this event will affect you.
Twice a year, typically in March and October, the sun, satellite, and your dish will be in perfect alignment. On those days, the sun's energy will overload the LNB and cause signal loss for a few minutes.
