Panrarex Inc. (Pansat) got sued // 2007-09-18
This lawsuit happened on Sept 11 2007 and details are coming in..... First going after Viewsat, Echostar decided to sue Panarex which is parent company of the FTA receiver Pansat.

it makes me think with echostar going after these guys in court that they are having a hard time stopping FTA using encryptions. Just a thought...

Also opens up the idea ,there might be fix for dtv out there somewere.Just not public ,and hidden well.Whatever's on this hard drive,I'm sure it's copyied and dtv really wants it bad, so whatever's on it,can comprimise there security even to this date.
