I have been having trouble with channels downloaded on echostar 3 and 7. It shows all channels downloaded, but I am not able to watch any one, they all are scrambled when I attempt to watch it. It shows high signal and quality. At times it show wait for upgrading or no signal. I have tried uploading new bin, turn it off and on at all level, change the wiring in all possible ways. I have this new FTA recvr, and the max I have been able to watch has been for 2-3 hours total, nothing for last 3 days.
