Please switch OFF your receiver from the back switch. Then, please wait 10 - 20 seconds and then, turn your receiver back ON.

I was having the exact same thing happen with my 2700A. Found out the bin file had been updated again. Try reloading the bin file. Now, I have a question. My levels and quality are all good. But I'm getting a lot of "scrambled or bad channel" any ideas?

For Dishnetwork People:

If you have are getting some scrambled channels, please follow these steps:

- Go to any scrambled channel
- Wait 10 seconds
- Directly, unplug the receiver power cable from the power switch (wall switch). You don't have to turn it OFF from remote, just simply unplug it from the wall while it's ON.
- Wait 20 seconds
- Plug the cable back into the wall
- Wait for the receiver to boot up

That'll solve your problem!

Do a factory reset, which will delete all the channels, then fix your ANTENNA SETTINGS and make sure they are correct. Then, re-scan your satellite(s) and see if that solves your problem.

if I reset the factory settings, is it going to go back to the original bin file? I tried once before, and had to have a friend reinstall all the channels. Wouldn't find anything when I scanned.

factory settings, will not remove any files, but you will need to do your antenna settings and any other initial setup. then you will need to scan the sats.
