I bought the above item in UK october 2005 from an ASDA store(wal-mart) altho it is out of the 12month warranty,it has only been used a few times and will not read DVDs now. I have tried cleaning the lense but that makes no difference. i would like to know if anyone has a customer services phone No preferably in the UK....the item was made in UK. As far as i understand this brand is self owned by wal-mart.
