Is there any power in the box? If you plug it in, is there anything on the front of the box?
If there is no power in the receiver, then you need to get it jtagged.

John :
There have been quite a few reports of the same problem with their 3500. Many have been traced to leaking capacitors on the power board. After replacing 2 capacitors, the units have worked properly. If your unit is under warranty, send it to the manufacturer for repair.
