I have this set which was purchased in April 2004. The picture freezes in negative then goes out. I have read that it may be the Digital Board or the DMD board....anyone here have this problem and fixed it? Which board solved the issue?
I have the same problem with my Samsung HLN5065WX that I purchased in Feb '04. The problem has been on going since April and I have had the Digital Assembly Board and the DMD replaced with no results. I have given up on repairing the TV due to the high cost of parts and I'm out of warranty. You can purchase a new Samsung DLP (which I did NOT do) for about the same cost as the repairs. Good luck.
