Pressing the "Last" button screws up my satellite

I've recently upgraded my boot file to B-75. When I was finished downloading the new boot file on my Pansat 2700a, I continued downloading the new bin file. Now, as it was downloading my computer just randomly re-started. So I quickly turned off the power switch from the back of the satellite. After successfully downloading the Bin and Boot file again, I've noticed that whenever I press the "Last" button on my remote to go to the channel I was previously on, my satellite tends to freeze up with blank coloured screens. Sometimes it freezes other times it just goes to these two set channels and not to the channels I was on. Is there a way to fix this problem? Some help would be greatly appreciated.
