Any one have the same problem before?
I was watching it when the led's went to "inst"
and the picture froze up. I unplugged from the wall. Then it wouldnt show any lights at all anymore. I had just connected it to a dtv triple lnb about an hour before that just to see if I could get 1 sat at my dads house.

Think maybe you fried it {overloaded it} when you were connected to the dtv lnb with incorrect settings.Check inside for a burnt onboard fuse.
I once connected a 75ohm terminator to the loop trough on my VS ultra by mistake,{wanted to connect it to ant}let it run for a hr or so,then it started rebooting, checked the terminator and burnt my fingers it was so hot {shorted}.Luckily my receiver survived but always wondering what damage was done inside and maybe shortened it's lifespan.

Thanks for your advice guys. I thought the same thing, but didnt think an LNB could harm it. I did check the fuse. Oh well, guess I will get a new one...
