Does anybody know how to disable the Yellow change lamp message on the Phillips LCOS rear projection HDTV??? I bought a new lamp on ebay and replace the "old" lamp after a little over a year. My picture is brighter and better, but the damn change lamp message keeps flashing up every two - three minutes. I'm thinking there must be some way to electronically disable the message.....any ideas that do not involve a large sledge hammer?? Thanks!!
From my understanding Philips wanted service centers to replace the TV Lamps...not consumers. For that reason, I think you're probably going to need the service remote control to reset it. Just a guess though!
