Hello everyone,

I loaded the latest PGM DBPSW070411P, and for some reason most of the channels in the Guide are titled "No Information". It seems I've always had this issue to a slight degree, but now there are just way too many to ignore. I can still receive the channel, I just can't see what is being shown on the Guide.

Could it be a problem with the channel list, or any other ideas?

Thanks.

Reset your time zone.

Ok, this may be a simplistic question but how do you reset the time zone? All I know to do is increase or decrease the hours in increments, save it, and then bring it back to my timezone and save again. Is this what you mean?

Thanks for the response.

Sorry to report it didn't have any affect.

A little more information I discovered for troubleshooting:

The program title still does not show up when I hit the Guide key on the report, however I noticed that if I enter into that respective channel, that the program title DOES appear on the horizontal display when hitting the Info key.

Try turning the receiver off with the remote or the button in front of the receiver, let it sit for

about 5 mins. That normally does the trick for me.
