Channel 455 scrambled....wanna watch wrestlemania?

PLEASE!!!! someone out there im begging on my knees please help. its on 119 i have a good signal i get hbo,cine, sho, as for the tp. they change to there proper setting with every channel. if its a setting please let me know.
