I am having problems with my remote. When I push the OK button, it does not light. Also, when I push the Menu button nothing happens. Maybe I need a new remote. I have turned the receiver on and off and when the EPG is loading I cannot push OK, as it won't work. I put new batteries in. Any suggestions?
I would try reflashing the bin,first,then if it works the same,replace it.also program it for your tv,and see if it works on it or its the remote itself.
That happened to my CS remote actually. Except for me it was the 1 key, the 0, and the sat button. I eventually gave up and got a new one, because I couldnt figure out why only those keys weren't working. But it's weird that that would happen to your remote as well.. Hm it's a mystery. I'd suggest just getting a new one, less hastle and you can get them pretty cheap on ebay.
