ok before LK shows up and take a big $hit in this thread I suggest u try and tell us a little more clearly what you want to do, If u want b3v @ 82 then u need to use a satellite look angle calculator and find the numbers for ur location then use a compass and adjust ur dish, u need am 18" dish + standard lnb for 82W. Hope this helps. Also try to do some reading on how to aim/adjust your dish. good luck.
Where are you located? That will also determine the size of dish you will need to get this sat. You will need a circular LNB as well. if you go to lyngsat you'll be able to look up the sat and find calculate your elevation and azimuth
