I am so lost and don't know what to do I need some help here with my pnst2500a I need the fact bin and the new bin and uploader etc. I need to do everything all over again and I am so frustrated. I have been trying for 3 days to do this can someone kindly answer my CHristmas wish!

go to pansatusa.com and get the loader and factory bin, do some reading......
You can not fix something that you haven't understand so, take your time to review all your installation and the details about your receiver and how it works...
