I have a long high def coax connected to my VS Xtreme. If I use component from the box to the TV I get a lot of distortion in form of small black lines that moves randomly all over the screen. If I use S-VHS the distortion disappers but the colors are less quality.
I used a cheaper coax before my dog chew it up and the distortion was much less, only visible in white areas. Any idea why this is or how I can fix it? Is there some form of filter I can connect which removes this kind of distortion?
