GO READ!!!!...22 posts and still can't load a bin!...u spend too much time posting and NONE reading!...there are VERY SIMPLE manuals and videos everywhere at ALL REPUTABLE DSS sites, to help U setup your receiver and bins!
1- open loader number 2 This is the program you will need to load everything into your viewsat receiver. Now open loader number 2.
2- Click on Tool and you will see the word configuration. This will configure your loader. If you have not already plugged in the power cord to your receiver plug it in now. 3-Now connect the serial cable to your computer. IMPORTANT make sure the power switch is on the OFF position. Make sure there is no front display anywhere. 4- Make sure that the comport here in the configuration is corresponding to the comport that you connected your receiver to. You have to make sure you in the correct comport. 5-Press OK to exit the configuration. Click open files to select the files to upload. Select the PGM files. IMPORTANT make sure your receiver is either an extreme or a platinum. 6-Use the correct file to match the receiver you have. Then press open. You will see the it say c/documents and settings. 7-Have the main software checked . Press open files again. Now select the channel list (the CHA file) Highlite it. Your channel info will be hilighted. IT will look as the main software.
8-Now press open file. Click on the file that holds the SAT information. You will see all three files will be selected. All three files will be checked off. ONCE AGAIN IMPORTANT. 9-MAKE SURE THE RECEIVER IS TURNED OFF BY TURNING OFF THE POWER SWITCH FROM THE BACK. Then press PC to STB. You will see Z modem on top. Now turn on the receiver from the back. You will now see the last window sending information ZROINinit turn on the receiver from the back.
When the download is complete do not turn off the receiver yet. your receiver will show 0000 in the front display. Now press Ok and turn off the receiver from the back. Press clear to clear all the files.
Now you need install the files containing the inscription keys. OR MANUALLY PUT LATEST KEYS Click on open files. Find inscription keys by selecting the OPKEY HEX file. You will notice the OPKEY File will be listed under undefined files. Make sure receiver is OFF on the back. Then press PC to STB. Now turn on the receiver from the back. Now you will see everything load into your receiver. It will then say download complete. Then the receiver will reboot itself. The display will say 0000. Press Ok and turn it off from the back. You have finished programming the receiver. Check and make sure your disq settings are correct. That's it your TV should start playing.
