To our valued customers: On Wed July 26, 2006 , the owner and staff of HLV Marketing / CanadianDSS.com and other satellite dealers and websites were served by both Bell Expressvu and Dish Network. There was a court order prohibiting us from talking to anyone regarding this matter until recently. We can now tell you that there is a court injunction in place prohibiting us from selling or programming any satellite receiver or card, amongst other things. We plan on fighting this injunction. We have never programmed Bell Expressvu & Dish Network is not licensed by the CRTC in Canada to sell programming subscriptions. All receivers and satellite related equipment that were on our premises were seized by these 2 companies.
