You don't need aany key. It is a free to air broadcast. It never shut down. It is a FREE channel.
The dish poniting direction depends on where you live.
Go to here and get the corect dish pointing angle:
http://www.sadoun.com/Sat/Installation/Satellite-Heading-Calculator.htm
the satellite is Intelsat America 5 (Telstar 5)
You need a KU band LNB and 30" dish. Set the lnb as universal, and 10750.
After you get the signal then do a scan. Vietnamese channel is VTV 4.

If you are facing the disk, and if you live in the west coast turn yous dish a little to the right of 110 . And if you are in the eastern region(NY) turn your dish a little to the left .

TuaNguyen, On telestar 5 you will get all the channels exect the ones that have $ by them that means that you have to pay for those channels and those channels have been down since the last hit which was in July. You have to wait for a new fix that will support T5 (Globecast TV)

Your dish is out of aligment. Go to Telstar 5 and check for signal. If you have good signal then do a channel scan.
