well what if we flash a Viewsat Factory Bin int a Pansat (this changes the software of the pansat.. would it?) then load the new working Viewsat bin ... would this work.. i know it may not... but hey fortecs work.. so dont can it work ?
see the thing is (i think ... it all matters about software) so wat if we change the pansat software into a viewsat... i know that the machinery such as the ram etc.. is different... but changing the compatible software? could it just might work
anybody wat do you think?

Think about it.
Can you flash your asus mother board with a soyo bios update.
There using different bios chips and cpus.
Something about this on ccc.let you know if it developes but DONT THINK SO.

First you would (and only theraretic) have to flash the viewsat bios version #whatever to the pansat.This would require at the least a viewsat remote to operate the pansat.Since the bios chips are no way the same let alone the cpu its not possible.

Then and only then would you be able to install the bin file to the modified receiver.

Aint happening.
