I received my new Viewsat Xtreme today and had some problems installing the bin, however is finally working. All the channels are open, but when I use the info key the viewsat is displaying that the channel is scrambled (I can watch the picture), is just that I'm getting that the channel is scrambled. How can I fix that problem. Help!!!. Thanks.-
If autoroll is working (for that particular bin) and is enabled, then just give the receiver time to autoroll. It can take many minutes before current keys are loaded.
