Hello and thanks in advance....My friend bought a Akai PTH5498 (USED!!). He didn't notice anything wrong with the unit when it was watched at the sellers house, but when he brought it home the color seems to be off. I haven't seen it myself but he says the sky and water are green looking when, of course, they should be blue. He called me about this and I told him from what little I knew, there should be 3 bulbs on in the TV. He says he only sees 2 on. He did not open his set..just looked thru cracks I suppose. I am guessing his blue bulb either went out OR possibly got knocked loose in transport. I really would like to help him but I am not a projection TV man. Been reading a few threads here, but nothing on this. Any more info needed I will try to get. Thanks again!!!!!
