New member Username: WesidePost Number: 1 Registered: Aug-06 | I am looking for the best size plasma for my viewing distance. The front of the couch will be just over 7 feet from the tv and thus I will be about 8 feet away. I am looking at either a 50 inch or 42 inch but you don't get a good sense of viewing distance at a Bestbuy or Circuit City. What size would be best and still give me a great picture? Any suggestions are much appreciated! |

It was primarily intended to make sure that you do not suffer a great deal of eye strain from panning through the widescreen trying to absorb all the visual information. The resolution and brightness or detail will not suffer. |
