Bronze Member Username: Hockeys_backPost Number: 18 Registered: Oct-05 | i can't get it to work. I have a pantec, and when i used to enter the keys it was only 32 characters, but after the last bin change i took my fta to some guy to make the change for me, and now i have 64 characters. This is what i am doing, for line 00: i am putting in 0F C5 21 D1 B6 04 8E 9E 90 CC D3 12 58 E4 B6 9B and for 01: 71 9C 60 71 04 C1 39 AE 88 FF F0 5E D2 4C F3 FC and for the provider id i have 0101. Is there anything i did wrong?? |
Gold Member Username: The_wank_artistPost Number: 1382 Registered: Feb-06 | Hockey, Just double check the keys you're entering. If you wrote them down, make sure you wrote them down correctly. I didn't once and almost pulled my hair out trying to get them to work. You have the right order. 00: 0F C5 21 D1 B6 04 8E 9E 90 CC D3 12 58 E4 B6 9B 01: (active) 71 9C 60 71 04 C1 39 AE 88 FF F0 5E D2 4C F3 FC If that doesn't work, just try entering the active line in both the 00 and 01. For your receiver that's all that matters. |

The when i go back to nav2 there's a 00 key line with the keys and a 01 key with the keys and a FF key line with keys FF FF...etc What the heck did i do? Turn on receiver & follow these instructions. A) With a NULL MODEM CABLE flash using Ariza 7xx loader v4.03 (radio app only or let the file self pick) and download the (ex.AA1-272 for the 700 or AA2-272 for the 750) bin. Gold Member Username: The_wank_artistPost Number: 1400 Registered: Feb-06 | Liron, C/P from Bill. FOR DN go into the keys menu and delete all the keys except the 4 starting with 000101 these are the nag 2 keys you need there are some that start 000001 and these are nag1 keys which are not needed so use the green button on them to delete the suckers. there is also 248 empty keyslots ..them suckers are all loaded with just zeroes... delete all them suckers as well ...when you are done you will only have 4 key slots left and they will all start with 000101 now edit those keys by putting in the right key data aaaaaa bb xx xx xx xx xx xx xx xx aaaaaa is the provider (dishnet 000101) bb are the key slots (00, 10, 01, 11) xx the rest of the stuff on the line is the key data 00 is first half of key 0 10 is the second half of key 0 01 is the first half of key 1 11 is the second half of key 1 press ok twice to save and then press exit this is a trick i stumbled on back in february when everyone was down and i was watching superbowl... it doesn't really turn autoroll off but it seems to keep the receiver from thinking it needs to look for keys the way these units work is different than most other boxes, autoroll is off by default and only turns itself on when the video signal is lost due to a key change... then it rolls till it finds new keys and once pic is restored then autoroll turns itself off again. for some reason those nag1 keys in there force the box to grab the wrong keys and then it goes into the autoroll loop for ever. |

New member Username: Strikingleafs013Post Number: 1 Registered: Jul-06 | ONce i go to NAGRAVISION then i can either go to NagraVision-1 or NagraVision-2 and if i'm on nagravision-1, on the key number i can select either '00' or '01', the thing is, the bar to enter the KEY is only 16 characters. so on 00: xx xx xx xx xx xx xx xx on 01: xx xx xx xx xx xx xx xx now if i select nagravision-2 i have the same thing key number: 00 xx xx xx xx xx xx xx xx key number: 01 xx xx xx xx xx xx xx xx so how can i enter my keys? |
Gold Member Username: The_wank_artistPost Number: 1404 Registered: Feb-06 | prateek, nag 2. Just enter the active keys. George, Best of luck. |
New member Username: TweezakPost Number: 4 Registered: Jun-06 | Hockey, I think I may see your problem. I also tried the sequence of keys: 71 9C 60 71 04 C1 39 AE 88 FF F0 5E D2 4C F3 FC in both the 00 and 01 slots. After that, I got no channels. Then I went back and tried this combo as suggested earlier on. As soon as I changed the 00 set of values, my local channels were back. 00: 0F C5 21 D1 B6 04 8E 9E 90 CC D3 12 58 E4 B6 9B 01: (active) 71 9C 60 71 04 C1 39 AE 88 FF F0 5E D2 4C F3 FC But, I'm turning off the TV again because I have homework to do. I gotta say, this Summer without TV has been great for my grades and my grandkids are reading and playing outside a lot more. I guess there's a silver lining after all. Good luck! |

Gold Member Username: The_wank_artistPost Number: 1405 Registered: Feb-06 | As Tweezak posted above, the actives are found in the 01 line. Split them in two such as this.... 00: 71 9C 60 71 04 C1 39 AE 01: 88 FF F0 5E D2 4C F3 FC 32 into 16. |
