RGB Convergence and V Sync. Sony Wega 44 Rear Projection (KP44PX3U). Help!

My Sony Wega 44 Rear projection TV (KP44PX3U) decided to die!
It started with bad RGB Convergence problem and then it lost V Sync (LED flashes 4 times).
Any ideas on how to fix it?
Please help!
