Hi,

I currently have my dish pointed at DN 110 but since the recent blackout i wanted to switch to BEV as its still running. Now when i goto the installation screen in my pansat and goto Nimiq 1 @ 91w i get signal quality of about 75%-80% but when i do the blind scan i get the channels on 110 not the new BEV ones. Do i have to reposition my dish even though i'm getting 75%-80% quality? OR do i have to do something software related like a new bin or something? Any help would be great

Thanks

Duh its a totally different bird, you have to point the dish to another part of the sky. its easy though if you already have 110 just move the dish a few degrees up and south. bev is just as easy to find as 110/119, if you need precise specs find a sat calc online for your location.

Having problem to move from Echo3 (1.5)to Nimiq 2 (82). Changed to dish location, but then scanning to channels get all from Echo 8 (110). Please help me? What I'm doing wrong?
