Yes, you can. Much more complicated than FTA as you have to know how to JTAG, etc... but it definitely can be done. As a matter of fact, if you have a rom102 card you will have all channels open, at this point in time.

Here is a c/p from an older tutorial:

-------------------------------------------------

Ok people, just a quick note on these rom102 scripts.

LISTEN CAREFULLY if you plan on using these scripts.

People have ruined there cards by not following penga's instructions on this,
so pay attention:

After you have Unlocked your Rom102 card with your modded loader.

Open N2 Edit Beta7.

Reset your ATR.

Read the card a few times to make sure there is no errors.

Number 1 DO NOT USE N2EDIT Beta 5 or under for rom102, Dish or BEV!!! You will
loop the card!

Number 2 USE N2EDIT BETA 6 OR HIGHER FOR DISH OR BELL 102! *I suggest Beta 7
out now*

Number 3 Whatever script you use with this blocker, YOU MUST CLEAN THE
CODESPACE BEFORE APPLYING THIS BLOCKER OR ANY OTHER BLOCKER FROM PENGA!
If you dont you will ruin your card and all you'll get it "unkown provider"
when you try to read it. Nothing and i mean nothing will get back in at the
moment. Even the modded loader scripts are useless, they return a bad cmd04
response and its toast.

To clean codespace, open the 3m script you plan to use, then click on
tools>clean codespace> verify that the program has cleaned the space by
looking in the eeprom tab under $81B2> There should be nothing here! blank
space, if there is code there and the words at the far right, then it didnt
clean the space, do it until it does.

After cleaning codespace, click tools>apply patch> then copy and paste the
entire blocker code from the Text file, then click apply patch.

Verify that the code has been placed in the $81B2 eeprom address.
if its there, then the patch took.

Then click card>write to card. after it writes, read the card again to make
sure its locked. The password is supplied in the text file. (AABBCCDDAABBCCDD)

-------------------------------------------------

I only showed this so you understand whats involved. You will have to know how to JTAG. you will also have to get the latest software.

It will take you MANY hours/days before you fully get the hang of it.
