No PPV

But in some other channels (CNN, PPV Sports etc..)I get 80% quality and Signals no picture. Sometimes I get the picture once the FTA is turned off and on back. Is there anyway to fix this?

Its the ecm,You will recieve ppv on vod(mirror) channels. At least some of them,otherwise the dropped channels are not video/audio authorized due to ecm.So you can have 100% signal but still black picture until new bin comes out.
