I am from Zim and have a FLU decoder. My problem is everytime i scan in a channel that has a symbol rate of 28.000 and above the signal quality for the channels fluctuates from about 82% to 0% constantly CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP! i want to watch a channel that has a frequency of 10970 and a symbol rate of 30.000. HELP PLEASE!
