I bought a toshiba (72HX195) 72" DLP on oct 05, yesterday the picture faded then no picture just sound and start rebooting itself.
I'm under warranty and i bought the extended warranty 4 years!, but it sucks not to have ur TV.
Toshiba says that the new lamp will last the advertise life avg. 8000hrs but does it really?
Also I read on TOSHIBA DLP thread that using the lamp on HIGH BRIGHT MODE is better due to the some temperature issue, is this true? the lamp is 150watts..
also how do i know how many hrs the lamp have for this model 72HX195 the instrunction on this thread is for a different model
