I purchased dvrw5002 in UK from ASDA ( a supermarket) there is a thick manual and the supermarket provide an installation help line (UK)08453007775. with Produced for: ASDA Supermarkets Leeds LS11 5AD(UK). It came in a box suggesting manufacter is 'Dual 80 years of inovation'. Can anyone provide any more information ?
