Need a Good Buy on a 20"-36" HDTV

I'd like to spend as little as possible but not get ripped off... Thanks in advance everyone!! Does not need to be LCD, or Flat panel necessarily... just needs to fit on a dresser/desk for my bedroom

I have a brand new Toshiba 23" LCD/DVD combo with HDMI and DVI inputs. Also, DVD plauys in progressive scan(High Definition Quality). -S-Video inputs -RCA in/out -SRS wow surround sound All this, I can do for $899 plus sales tax and $49 for shipping. We can use paypal or credit card.
