I just got the Panasonic TH-50PHD8UK and will be mounting it on the wall with a swivel arm early next week. Normally I will be viewing it from a couch (I may be lying, I may be sitting) about 9 feet away (which would make my head about 10 feet away). Two questions: 1) what is usually considered the optimal distance from the picture? 2) what is the best height on the wall to center of screen?
