sorry for a dumb question, but I dont know if it is legal to use fta reciever with a bin. I am originally from uk and would like to know if is legal over here and will it work ?
also I will be moving to canada, so I am wondering if I can use it over there also ? how many times will I have to upload the bin ? where can I buy a reciever from ?
