I know that there are adapters out there. Have you checked Fry's? http://www.frys.com/ It could be a standard adapter. I have an adapter to connect a home projector that only has a DVI out (don't ask why InFocus did that. There is only one output) to DB15 (RGBHV). You may have to get 2 adapters (HDMI to DVI and then DVI to DB15). I can guarantee 100% that both of those adapters exist. I can't guarantee a straight HDMI to DB15 (I don't have one).

Repost if you can't find one, and maybe I can help. I'll keep looking and repost if I find one.

Apparantly Fry's.com search engine sucks. I had a friend who reminded me that a video scaler is going to be the best way to make this cable change without losing video quality. Take a look at this: http://www.dvdo.com/pro/pro_isvp30.php
If you're not interested in spending this type of cash, continue searching for adapters.

It's a decent investment, but it will standarize all your video outputs into one source size. The price listed here is MSRP. I'm sure with a little research you can find it for less that that.

Thanks, I emailed Fry's. We'll see what they say. That other gadget is just too much $. But isn't RGBVH an anolog signal, and HDMI digital? If done with cables and adaptors Isn't there a conflict there without some sort of converter?

Joe,

You are totally correct. I wasn't even thinking about the D/A conversion. This is an idea of the product that you may be looking for. I can't find a price because Quali-TV doesn't list one, and I don't want to email their distributor for something that I know I'm not going to buy.

Here are the links:
You can find the actual product page here.
http://www.quali-tv.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=50&Itemid=51
This is the actual product flier (pdf obviously).
http://www.quali-tv.com/downloads/Converters.pdf
This is the only U.S. distributor that Quali-TV lists. The email link is at the bottom of the page.

Let me know how it works out.
