I don't do plastic..and your question is very vague..thats why U need to read..not sure if cards are even locked...Tsops and receivers are instead, I think..

JUst go the the getting started area and start reading ....then post, if U can't find your answers...also use the SEARCH feature and keywords...U will find alot of info..
you will need a modded loader to unlock cards if its a rom 10(blue) at rev a23 and below, you may be able to use it as is.rev a24 and above locked. if the rom 10 is unlocked you can use it with a rom 102 written to it. you also need an iso programmer.
he has the Mik 1 iso loader...I didn't know U could lock the cards..is that with using "locker" files?...I know the old P2/3 DTV cards we used card locker files to safeguard the sub bins..I though Dish hacking, locked the receiver eeproms/tsops and not the cards..
