please giving your epinion on sceptre's latest 1080p 42" lcd.

Built-in ATSC tuner is nice feature.
No surround audio output from ATSC tuner
Menu & favorites keys take some getting used to but once you get the hang of it it's not bad.
I/O box is big, as big as the VHS deck I replaced with a DVD but again convenient as only the umbilical cord connects to the LCD panel.
Video quality on the SD is, well it's SD and it does not hide any of the defects. The quality of the HD is good. All in all a great value.

contrast ratio seems to be a bit low even for an lcd. 3000:1 seems to be the average for larger size lcds not saying the 1000:1 is horrible or anything. But the resolution is pretty impressive for an lcd.
